Lisa specialise in Private Yoga to guide your to your best version of yourself and to upgrade your health in a whole-some and holistic perspective. Yoga is not just on the mat, it's how we sleep, eat, live and our relationships.
Private classes can be booked per class or as a programme of 5-10 sessions. Prior to the programme you will be offered a complimentary call where we will talk about the specific parts of your life that you want to work on and change. Private group classes for events or groups are also available upon request.
