Then this group coaching course is for you. During 8 Thursdays, we will meet in a small group at Clarion Sign (or join online) where you will receive tools and exercises to help you change your mindset. Learn how to stress less and prioritise your well-being so that you can become your best version of yourself.

The course will be hosted at Clarion Sign (and Online) in a safe and cozy environment where you can enjoy an evening filled with inspiration and reflection. You will receive complimentary tea, fruit and nuts.
