✨ ONE YEAR WITHOUT ALCOHOL ✨


I’m very proud, grateful and humble to say that it’s now been a year since I stopped drinking alcohol.

The reasons why I wanted to stop are many and when they finally became more than the reasons why to drink, it was easy to stop.

✨ My health. I couldn't sleep when I drank, I could sleep maybe 4-5 hours so the day after for me was like a terrible hangover and the feeling of 4 hours sleep. I used to have a sensitive stomach and I’m surprised no doctor or specialist told me about the impact of alcohol and coffee, it’s so strong for the stomach.

✨ The money. It’s almost fun when I compare the Money I spent on Alcohol vs. the money I spend on investing in my dreams in life. I realised that I had no problem spending thousands of money a month on Alcohol but when I came to my dream travels or dream Yoga retreats/education, I was hesitating spending half of what I could spend on a night out.


✨ The time. I realised how much time I spent going out and all the time spent on the sofa the day after to recover. I began to think, what if I spent all that time on a business, practising a new skill or studying something.


✨ My body. Alcohol is completely free from nutrition and highly toxifying, which almost makes me laugh when I think back to how healthy I've been and how much I've been working out while I was drinking the most. We practise Yoga to detoxify the body, mind and soul. Why would I spend 300h and more practising Yoga and then ruin it by drinking alcohol?

Namaste Beautiful Souls,


I designed a beautiful class for my Yoga & Breakfast Event on Monday, "Releasing Anxiety" with the theme 'surrender'. I got such a great response from the students after class that I felt like I need to share this in my blog.


I used to be such a restless soul. I used to never be satisfied, always wanting change, something else and always living in the past or in the future. My first memories with anxiety comes from when I was around 10 years old. I asked my dad if I could stay home from school because I had such a stomach ache. When I was working in the corporate world, I used to be really anxious for big presentations or meetings. I used to feel anxious days in advance and I often got stress raches on my chest.


Anxiety is just feeling like you're not enough or like you're not doing enough. Maybe you have too much on your plate or too high expectations of yourself. So here's my words to you: You are enough.You are doing enough and that is enough. You're doing the best you can and that is enough. Everything is not yours to carry, maybe next time you feel anxious you can ask yourself - Am I carrying someone else's weight on my shoulders? Does this really have something to do with me? Can I ask someone to help me with this or can someone else do this?


You're not responsible for everything in this world and everything is not yours to carry.

I samarbete med Poze hair så vill jag dela med mig av min personliga passion för hår, löshår och hårförlängningar. Mina bästa stylingtips för Beachy Waves:

Tvätta håret och använd en återfuktande hårinpackning.

Låt håret torka i handduken tills det är halvtorrt, sen fönar du det tills helt torrt.

Använd 3-4 droppar av valfri hårolja.

Locka håret med en locktång eller plattång, låt svalna i cirka 10min.

Borsta ut håret med fingrarna så mycket som du föredrar.

Spraya med mjuk hårspray ca 20cm bort från ansiktet.


Njut av dina beachy waves - min go to när jag har Yoga Event eller en special occasion.
